Spectator Etiquette

To enjoy watching, be careful and pay attention. Let's watch comfortably together by following the rules and manners!

Spectator Etiquette

Things to be aware of in the viewing area

To enjoy watching, it is also necessary to have a little consideration for other spectators around you.

  1. Parasols and umbrellas

Please refrain from using during the game as it can not only obstruct the view of the person next to you and the person behind you, but also be dangerous when blown by the wind. It is best to wear a hat or sunglasses for sun protection, and use a raincoat or poncho if it rains.

  2. Support Goods

Cheer horns, musical instruments that make sound, and cheering goods that emit light can affect those around you, such as spectators and riders. Please support us by waving flags and clapping. Also, when displaying banners in the victory stand, please place them in the designated location so as not to obstruct the view of other customers.

  3. Location Reservation

Please refrain from using ladders, leisure sheets, luggage, ropes, etc. to secure a viewing spot for a long time within the viewing area. Especially in the general seating area, please kindly share and enjoy the viewing experience with other customers.

  4. Smoking

The viewing area is completely non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area for smoking.

  5. Pet Accommodation

In some viewing areas, pets (dogs only) are allowed to accompany you. For areas outside of the viewing area where pets are allowed, please see here. Pet Accompanied Area Map (PDF)
