Are there any items that are recommended to bring when using glamping?: Year-round: Sleepwear / Wet wipes / Regular medication

Can I use multiple sites next to each other if I make a reservation?: Please contact us in advance as we will prepare it as close as possible to your location.
At what age do infants start to incur charges?: For plans with meals included, we charge a fee for children aged 3 and above.
If you stay at the campsite, what time can you pass through the entrance gate in the morning?: You can pass through Mobility Resort Motegi starting one hour before the opening time. For more details, please check here.
Where should I park?: Please use the parking lot for the Forest and Starry Sky Camping Village.
Guests staying in Glamping Log Cabins can use the parking space next to the site after check-in.
Are there any restrictions on the width or height of the parking lot?: There is also a shared parking lot, so there are no restrictions on width or height.
What happens to the parking fee if I use one site with two cars?: One car can be parked next to the tent. (Two cars are possible for the Forest Terrace and Lotus Tent Wide.)
Otherwise, please park in the shared parking lot and the number of cars for your stay is free.
Can we have a BBQ next to the tent?: It is possible. We also have BBQ stoves available for rental, so please ask our staff.
Is it possible to use BBQ for a day trip?: Please use the Day Trip BBQ Plan (limited time only).
Can I bring my own ingredients?: Possible. However, for those using the "meal plan", we ask that you refrain from bringing in raw food ingredients.
Can I buy ingredients at nearby facilities?: There is a convenience store and a supermarket (open until 21:00) about a 15-minute drive away.
Can I leave my ingredients?: We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are unable to keep it for you, so please manage it yourself.
Are there appropriate clothes for each season?: Please refer to the following materials.

*Please note that the minimum temperature from December to February may drop to -5 to -8 degrees.
What kind of equipment is available for each site and season?: Please refer to the materials below.
During winter (mid-November to around March), the items in blue will increase. *The air conditioning installation for the Lotus Tent Wide is on June 21 (Sat).
*For rental of bath towels and purchase of face towels, please use the Lobby Shop in the hotel (8:00 AM to 9:00 PM).
*The glamping tents in winter are equipped with heating devices, but they are designed to be less warm, so we recommend bringing warm clothing.

Can I stay with my pet?: Pets are not allowed.
Can you do fireworks?: The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
How long does it take for a beginner to assemble a rental tent? Also, can you teach me how to set it up if I don't know how?: It will take about 30 minutes for first-timers.
Please ask the staff if you have any questions, as we will provide you with a manual on how to stand.
