Usage Restrictions:
【1】For those who meet all the requirements of being in the 4th grade or above, with a height of 135cm or above and a weight of 100kg or below.
※One adult must accompany two elementary school students (additional fee required).
【2】Those who can correctly (fit) wear the harness
【3】For those without any physical or health concerns
Those who are drinking alcohol, pregnant, have heart disease, feeling unwell, or have health concerns cannot use this facility.
【4】Those who can agree to the pre-explanation and consent form.
※If the participant is a minor, a signature from a guardian (adult) is required.
【5】Those with hearing or visual impairments may not be able to use our facilities.
Precautions
【1】Please follow the instructions of the staff as not following the rules may result in a serious accident.
In terms of safety management, there may be cases where the staff will ask you to stop using the facilities if they deem it dangerous.
【2】All participants will receive a safety briefing.
If you are unable to ensure your own safety, unable to pay attention to the actions of your accompanying person, unable to predict the outcome of your actions, or even if you can predict it, unable to handle it yourself, you may be asked to discontinue your use.
【3】Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
・Sandals/High heels...Please use rental shoes. (Socks required/Available for purchase inside the venue)
・Skirt... Please use rental pants.
※Rental shoes and pants are available free of charge.
【4】Please leave the following items in the locker (free of charge).
・Both hands are occupied with luggage・Valuables
【5】Taking photos and videos while sliding on the zip line is strictly prohibited.
【6】The facility is not responsible for any damage, soiling, loss, or malfunction of the customer's clothing, footwear, accessories, or personal belongings that may occur during use.
【7】Please wear the equipment properly as instructed by the staff when using it.
Refund Policy:
If the participant withdraws in the middle due to their own reasons, or if they do not follow the above precautions, no refund will be given.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other reasons, we will refund a partial or full amount depending on your usage status.
※Refunds are only applicable for the usage fee of the Forest Mega Zipline, Musasabi. Admission fees, parking fees, etc. will not be refunded.
