There have been reports of overheating and fire incidents caused by lithium-ion battery products such as mobile batteries both domestically and internationally.

To ensure all guests can spend their time safely and securely, we kindly ask for your cooperation in observing the following precautions regarding the use of mobile batteries and similar devices.

■ Please refrain from using or storing the products in places that become hot or near flammable materials.
<Example> Places where heat tends to build up, such as by windows exposed to direct sunlight, near beds, sheets, or curtains, inside bags or cloths

■Please refrain from using products in the following conditions.
<Example> Products that are swollen, abnormally hot, or damaged, etc.

■Please refrain from charging the product when leaving the room or going to sleep. When charging the product, please do so only when you can monitor its condition.

■If charging of the product is confirmed during room cleaning or when you are absent, hotel staff may move the product or stop charging. Thank you for your understanding.

Accidents caused by misuse or malfunction of the mobile battery may be the responsibility of the customer.
