All of them are equipped with inline 4-cylinder engines, each with different characteristics depending on the manufacturer.

  • Inter JP250/
    National JP250 ※1

In Southeast Asia, there is a demand for 250cc 2-cylinder machines, and from 2016, the JP250 class was born with domestic manufacturers. It is suitable as an entry class due to its easy handling power characteristics and reasonable vehicle price. It is also a class that attracts attention as a passing class when stepping up from mini bike races to ST600 and JSB1000 classes. Starting with the Kawasaki Ninja250, the YAMAHA YZF-R25 and Honda CBR250RR have been released, and there are also many aftermarket parts available, so there are many options to choose from. The tires are a one-make with Dunlop's grooved sports tires.

  • CBR250RR Dream Cup ※1

CBR250RR Dream Cup, a one-make race for Honda CBR250RR held nationwide in Japan. The machine, equipped with a 4-stroke 2-cylinder 250cc engine, is a step up class from the CBR250R Dream Cup.
In the Motegi Road Race Championship, it is held in the form of entering and registering in the National JP250 and Inter JP250 classes. The series points are managed by HRC. The tires are designated sports tires with grooves from Dunlop.

  • CBR250R Dream Cup ※2

CBR250R Dream Cup, a one-make race held nationwide in Japan with the Honda CBR250R. With the Honda CBR250R, there are no restrictions on the year or model change (MC), and the modification range is narrow, so there is little difference in machines. The tires are Dunlop's grooved sports tires.

    ST250T/
    ST250F (including Eternal class)/
    G310R ※2

The S in the last character of each ST250 class stands for Single, T for Twin, and F for Four, literally meaning that ST250S is a 4-stroke 250cc single-cylinder, ST250T is a 4-stroke 250cc twin-cylinder, and ST250F is a 250cc 4-cylinder machine. Once certain conditions are met, participants can step up to the Eternal class. The classes are divided according to skill level, making it enjoyable for everyone.
ST250T class vehicles are mostly Honda CBR250RR, while YAMAHA YZF-R25, Kawasaki Ninja250, and ST250S class have entries such as Honda CBR250R and Kawasaki Ninja250SL. Starting from 2024, the ST250F class, centered around the Kawasaki ZX-25R, will be newly established.
In addition, a G310R class, based on the basic specifications of the ST250 class, is also held with BMW G310R and G310GS vehicles.

It is held at Suzuka Circuit and Mobility Resort Motegi. It is divided into classes for each vehicle, and rankings are given. There is also a way to earn a seed for the Motegi 7-hour endurance road race "Mote Tai" with the results of the first round.
