    Akiko Nishiguchi
    Soprano Singer
    Born in Oyama, Tochigi Prefecture, Akiko Nishiguchi is a soprano singer. After graduating from Tokyo University of the Arts, she studied abroad in the United States and completed her master's degree, professional course, and diploma course at the Mannes School of Music. She then went on to perform in Europe, winning numerous competitions in Germany and Italy. In 2012, she made her opera debut in the "Maria Tone" performance in Naxos Island, Israel, and has since been active both domestically and internationally. She also serves as an ambassador for Oyama City and Tochigi's future.
