Those who are drinking alcohol, pregnant, have heart disease, feeling unwell, or have health concerns cannot use this facility.
【4】Those who can agree to the pre-explanation and consent form.
※If the participant is a minor, a signature from a guardian (adult) is required.
【5】Those with hearing or visual impairments may not be able to use our facilities.
Precautions
【1】Please follow the instructions of the staff as not following the rules may result in a serious accident.
In terms of safety management, there may be cases where the staff will ask you to stop using the facilities if they deem it dangerous.
【2】Clothing, footwear, accessories, and personal belongings that may fall off cannot be worn or brought in for participation.
・Sandals/High heels...Please use rental shoes. (Socks required/Available for purchase inside the venue)
・Skirt... Please use rental pants.
※Rental shoes and pants are available free of charge.
【3】Please deposit the following items in the locker (free of charge).
・Coats, scarves, accessories, portable items (cell phones, cameras, etc.)

Refund Policy:
If the participant withdraws in the middle due to their own reasons, or if they do not follow the above precautions, no refund will be given.
In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other reasons, we will refund a partial or full amount depending on your usage status.
※Refunds are only applicable for the usage fee of Mega Zipline, Tsubasa. Admission fees, parking fees, passport fees, etc. will not be refunded.

This is the "Mega Zipline Tsubasa Reception" located at the Hello Woods parking lot. Please come to the reception to confirm usage restrictions. Minors must have a consent signature from a guardian (adult), so please come with your guardian.
