- Participation Requirements
  
  ・Only those who have a regular motorcycle license or a moped license and arrive on a bike with an engine displacement of 49cc or more are allowed to enter.
  
  ・Only vehicles that have passed the vehicle inspection and are not illegally modified are allowed. In addition, vehicles covered by compulsory automobile liability insurance are eligible.
  
  ・Helmets are required for participation in motorcycles, sidecars, and 3-wheeled bikes only. Four-wheeled and 3-wheeled trikes are not allowed to participate.
  
  ・Please wear a helmet, clothing, pants, shoes that cover your ankles, and gloves that comply with safety standards.
  
  ・Only those who have agreed to the terms and conditions may participate.
  
  ・If you wish to participate with two people, please fill in the necessary items on the pledge form and join.

To watch motorcycle races, it is best to travel by motorcycle.

  For those who come by motorcycle, please bring your admission ticket and parking ticket.
- Reception
  
  On the day, please receive a special pass at the reception tent near the 90-degree corner and attach it to the front of your bike.
  
  ※Please prepare your tickets and parking passes and enter from the South Gate. We recommend using advance tickets to prevent congestion.

  ・Only motorcycle visitors with tickets for the "All Japan Road Race Championship" are allowed to enter the viewing area.
  
  ・Please stay within the designated viewing area (yellow section on the map).
  
  ・The orange section on the map is the recommended admission area for bicycles.
  
  ・You cannot park your bicycle in the red area on the map (unless you have a special ticket for parking in the red area).
  
  ・Paddock Passes are required for entry to the paddock area.
  
  ・Please refrain from dangerous or disruptive behavior.
  
  - Accommodation is not available within the viewing area.
  
  ・Please wear a helmet for safety when driving inside the venue.
  
  ・The facility is not responsible for any accidents that occur within the facility.
