About Ticket Handling

We will not reissue under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
Tickets purchased by user's operation cannot be exchanged, changed, cancelled, or returned for any reason. However, this does not apply to refunds in case of additional or changed functions provided by this service and the performance is not established.
We are not responsible for duplicate purchases due to user input errors or communication environment problems. We will not refund the amount for such cases.
Please note that ticket products are not eligible for cooling-off period.
Users are prohibited from reselling tickets purchased through our official resale service using any other means, as well as commissioning third parties to engage in fraudulent resale. In addition, listing on auctions and internet auctions is also prohibited. In the event of a violation, the validity of the ticket may be revoked.
If lost, please purchase again. *May be sold out.
If you do not have your ticket with you, please understand that you will not be able to enter, regardless of the reason.

Admission Method

[If you have a pre-purchased parking ticket] Entrance method to the parking lot: Please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the toll gate^※ when entering, such as hanging it on the rearview mirror. ※North Gate, South Gate
Entrance method for viewing gates: Please present one "viewing ticket" per person to the staff at the viewing gate.
The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated terminal and confirm the ticket.
※If you have multiple electronic tickets, it is recommended to print them at home or distribute them at the mobility station in advance and bring them individually for smooth entry.

The current time is displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please prepare a screen with a moving time display during normal times.

Entry method for Executive Suite, VIP Suite, and VIP Terrace Premium: Upon initial entry, please present one ticket per person to the staff at the reception counter on the first floor of the Center House. After the staff scans the QR code with a dedicated terminal and confirms the ticket, a valid pass will be exchanged. Please use the exchanged pass during the race/event period.
※If you have multiple tickets and would like to consolidate them on one device, it is possible to hand over all tickets to the representative who has the device.
※If you print the tickets at home or distribute them at the Mobility Station, it is also possible to hand over the passes to each individual.

Customers with advance parking tickets, please have one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle ready and present it to the staff upon entry.
The designated parking lot has a specified toll gate for entry. Please check your ticket information and the All Japan Road Race ticket page, and be careful not to mistake the toll gate. >>Click here for parking ticket information
On the day of the final race, congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and at the toll gate. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

About Parking

The designated parking ticket specifies the toll gate for entry. Customers with designated parking tickets, please check your ticket information and the All Japan Road Race ticket page, and enter through the designated entrance gate.
Please enter the designated parking lot from the dedicated lane at each gate.
When driving inside the venue, please follow the venue speed limit of 30km/h and drive safely.
Please refrain from parking vehicles other than cars in the parking spaces with 4 wheels.
Please wear a helmet when riding a bike inside the venue.
Please use the bicycle parking lot when using a bike or bicycle.
※Bikes and bicycles parked outside of the designated parking lot will be moved. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, etc. caused by removal or relocation. Thank you for your understanding.
We kindly ask that you refrain from reserving parking spaces with your luggage or other items. Any items used to reserve spaces will be removed or relocated.

Request upon leaving

After the race or event, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion within the venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate in exiting the venue.
※In order to alleviate congestion, you may be directed to a gate different from the one you entered.

About Watching the Race

At the designated seat entrance, please have your ticket (QR code) ready for each person and present it to the staff.
Please be mindful not to obstruct other customers' viewing when waving support flags.
Mobility Resort Motegi is implementing a smoking ban on the premises. All seats, including electronic cigarettes, are non-smoking, so please use the designated smoking area if you wish to smoke.

■Please refrain from the following items.
- ・Please understand that we may need to secure seats and areas for a long time and over a wide area due to luggage, etc.
  ※Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, theft, etc. that may occur during the removal or relocation of luggage used to secure seats.
  Example) Leisure sheets, tents, tables, chairs, wire ropes, chains, strings, adhesive tapes, padlocks, etc. ※We may need to cut them off.
- - Viewing on stairs or pathways, use of fire, use of tripods (monopods) for photography, bringing bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, etc. to viewing areas and paddocks, bringing and using drones, any actions that may inconvenience other customers, or actions that may hinder the progress of the event.
- ・No bringing or using items that may cause explosions, such as large gas canisters.
- ・Use of umbrellas in the grandstand. ※Please use rain gear, etc. beforehand.
In case of unforeseen circumstances that may cause operational difficulties, the organizer may decide to cancel or change the schedule.

About Bringing Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and viewing areas.

About Photography

Unauthorized distribution of audio and video content through the internet or other media that can be viewed by a large number of unspecified viewers, as well as filming that may cause inconvenience to other customers, is strictly prohibited.
Prior permission is required for commercial or profit-oriented photography and videography.
Your portrait may be taken. Please check the following purposes for which the recorded video, audio, and images may be used before visiting.

About Tent Camping

A dedicated tent camping area "Tent Camping Area" is available in some parts of the venue. Reservations are not available, and usage is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited space.

*If you use the tent camping area, you will need a pre-sale parking ticket or a parking ticket on April 14 (Sun).
Reservation: We do not accept reservations. Please come directly to the tent camping area on the day of your stay. (Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Precautions for Tent Camping Area

In the Greenbelt and S4 parking lot tent camping areas,
please make sure to have all tents and equipment packed up and cleared by 6:00 AM on Sunday, April 14th.
Each tent camping area will be used as a parking lot on Sunday, April 14th.
Please note that there are no facilities such as restrooms or water facilities at the Greenbelt and S4 parking lots. Please use the restrooms in front of the S2 and S3 parking lots.
Please refrain from using direct fire. Please use barbecue grills, gas burners, etc.
Tent setup outside of the tent camping area is not allowed.
Please follow the guidance and direction of the staff for safety in the tent camping area.
Please turn off your engine when parking in the tent area.
Please turn off the engine after 9:00 PM on April 13th (Sat). This includes generators and other noise-making equipment.
Please refrain from drunk driving.
The use of fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited.
Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation in order for all guests to have a comfortable stay.

About staying in the parking lot (car camping)

Accommodation (car camping) is available in the parking lot except for the oval course parking lot. Advance parking tickets and same-day parking tickets (for the following day) are required.

In order to accommodate many customers, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to reserve parking spaces.
Please turn off the engine after 9:00 PM on April 13th (Sat). This includes generators and other noise-making equipment.
When using overnight parking in your car, please refrain from setting up tables, chairs, or other items in other parking spaces.
There are no facilities such as toilets or water facilities. Please use the surrounding facilities.
Please refrain from drunk driving.
The use of fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited.
Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation in order for all guests to have a comfortable stay.
Nozomi Bath loop bus will not be in operation. Customers who wish to use Nozomi Bath at night are requested to use their own vehicles for transportation.
