Team Composition Decision

Participants from junior high school students to working adults can join. Team managers must be 18 years old or older. For junior high and high school students, please ask a teacher.
There should be 1 to 3 mechanics. For KV-40, there should be 1 to 3 drivers, and for KV-Moto, there should be 1 to 2 registered riders.

In addition to creating vehicles, there are also tasks such as overall schedule planning, management, accounting, and arrangements in order to participate in competitions.
It seems that teams that have planned and created vehicles in a planned manner, rather than relying on the energy pace distribution on the day of the race, have achieved good results without any maintenance issues or panicking on the day.

Apply

In addition to the web application, a "Declaration and Consent Form" must be signed and stamped. Download and print it in A4 size, and send it by mail. If the driver is under 18 years old, a stamped registration seal or a certificate of seal impression from a guardian is required as proof of consent.

Acceptance of Participation

Once the application period has ended and payment has been confirmed, the schedule for the day will be determined and each participant will be assigned a pit garage. Participants will also receive a vehicle pass for gate entry on the day and any necessary information.
