Roasted Sweet Potato
We offer live demonstrations and sales of pot-roasted sweet potatoes, as well as chilled pot-roasted sweet potatoes. The raw material sweet potato is Beni Haruka. These sweet potatoes are grown without pesticides or fertilizers by the Yakumo Shrine priests and stored in a cave. Using these "body- and environmentally-friendly matured sweet potatoes" as the raw material, the pot-roasted sweet potatoes are slowly cooked using the traditional pot-roasting method to bring out their sweetness.

Okonomiyaki
This is the Nagaoka-style Enzyme Brown Rice Workshop. This time, we are selling okonomiyaki made with rice flour generously kneaded with natural yam! Hot and chewy, the topping of Gouda cheese doubles the deliciousness. The sauce is also a homemade blend, with carefully selected mayonnaise and bonito flakes. Please enjoy this gluten-free, healthy, and very soft rice flour okonomiyaki!

Vegetables
We are a group of new farmers who moved from outside the town, attracted by the satoyama (rural landscape) of Motegi Town. In this nature-rich satoyama, we grow safe and delicious pesticide-free vegetables and rice. All members are working hard, striving to promote organic farming in Motegi. On the day, we plan to bring spring vegetables such as snow peas, snap peas, and lettuce, as well as processed products like naturally raised chicken eggs and sun-dried shredded daikon radish, along with pesticide-free vegetable seedlings for home gardening. Please feel free to stop by. We also welcome consultations about new farming ventures and relocating to the satoyama!

Vegetables
Please visit the booth of Ichikai Town, where we are working on the conservation of diverse satoyama (traditional rural landscapes) and promoting organic farming, including the sashiba (hawk) family. We have a variety of vegetables and processed products made with care by local organic farmers, so please stop by.
Leather products
Order production and repair of hand-sewn leather products using Shibu-namashi leather. Shoes with recycled tire soles, bags, belts, wallets, and small items using homemade buckles. Plates and Chiritori made by hammering thin iron plates such as tin.
Honey
We will deliver the "honey" that Japanese honeybees have matured in the nest box from spring to autumn.
Stamp
"Gokokuin" refers to the stamps that can be placed as proof of worship when visiting the participating shrines and temples (listed below). Unlike Goshuin, you can stamp these yourself on a special *leather amulet, and depending on the order you visit and how you stamp, you can create your own original design amulet. Why not add "Gokokuin" as a new purpose or enjoyment for your travels? *The leather amulets are only distributed at shrines and temples where you can place Gokokuin stamps.
