About Ticket Changes

■ Age Category Changes

For electronic tickets, age category changes are possible only to Adult (24 years and older) if the ticket is unused and within the valid period. A fare difference payment is required for the change.
From 12:00 a.m. on Friday, September 26, the price will switch to the same-day rate. Please note that any changes will be calculated based on the difference between same-day rates. (For spectator tickets (non-reserved seats) in the free viewing area, the price for the final day spectator ticket on Sunday, September 28 will apply.)
* Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to junior high school student or U23 categories are not possible.
* Please make changes via “MobilityStation MENU > My Tickets > Change > Change to Adult (24 years and older) ticket.”
* Tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores cannot be changed.

■Seat Change (Upgrade)

For electronic tickets with available stock, excluding group seats and some tickets, seat location changes and upgrades are possible for tickets with adult fares that are equal to or higher than the original ticket.
The fee for each ticket will be the difference between the price before and after the change or upgrade. If the difference is 0 yen, a handling fee of "500yen" is required.
For child and infant fares, if the upgrade results in a difference less than 0 yen, neither the handling fee nor the difference will be refunded.

* Tickets issued at 7-Eleven stores cannot be upgraded.

About Parking

■Designated Parking Ticket

Please present the QR code of the designated parking ticket purchased in advance at the Toll Gate. After the QR code is authenticated, you will receive a mirror-hanging designated parking ticket.
The following designated parking tickets are area-specific. Specific parking spots cannot be designated.

・S3 Parking Ticket
・Oval Course 1 Turn Parking Ticket
・Oval Course 3–4 Turn Parking Ticket

*Designated parking tickets with mirror-hanging tags showing the parking section number will be distributed in order of arrival. If you wish to park multiple vehicles adjacent to each other, please enter through the gate together.

■Purchase-Limited Products

If you select any of the following tickets, you can additionally purchase (for a fee) a nearby parking ticket as a purchase-limited product.

The following tickets include a complimentary nearby parking ticket as a benefit. *This is not automatically included.

About Supporter Seats

Regular V Seats and V Seat Supporter Seats, as well as regular Z Seats and Z Seat Supporter Seats, are separate products.
Please be sure to confirm the seat type before completing your purchase.
* When you narrow down your selection by seat type, the background color of the corresponding seat type will change to indicate your choice. Other seats belong to different seat types, so please be careful when making your purchase.

●Credit Card (ticket delivery is electronic ticket only)

Accepted cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club (lump-sum payment only)
*Debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas may not be accepted for registration.
Whether a card can be registered depends on the decision of each card company's payment processing service, so we cannot respond to inquiries about this.
*If paying by credit card, you cannot select Seven-Eleven in-store ticket issuance.

●Seven-Eleven in-store payment (ticket collection is Seven-Eleven in-store issuance only)

Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*points will not be awarded), and credit cards are accepted.
Please check the Seven Ticket User Guide for payment and collection methods.
*If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot select in-store issuance and payment.
*Seven-Eleven in-store payment selection: until Wed, September 24, 23:59. From Thu, September 25 onward, Seven-Eleven in-store payment cannot be selected.
