We have confirmed cases of tickets for the 2025 FIM MotoGP™ World Championship Round 17 MOTUL Grand Prix of Japan being fraudulently purchased through our official online shop "MobilityStation." Please be aware that purchasing tickets from sources other than official outlets (MobilityStation and authorized agents commissioned by us) may expose you to crimes or troubles. Furthermore, tickets confirmed to have been purchased fraudulently will be invalidated without prior notice in accordance with the terms of use, and entry on the day will be refused.
Telephone sales and sales at the Mobility Resort Motegi counter are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

Fee List
- Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment
- A fee will be charged for ticket issuance and payment at Seven-Eleven stores.
In-store payment fee 260 yen / per transaction
Issuance fee 130 yen / per ticket
- Seat Change (Upgrade - Electronic Tickets Only)
- An upgrade fee will be charged for each seat. The fee will be the difference between the original price and the new ticket price, and if there is no difference, a fee of "500yen" will apply.
- Age Category Change (Electronic Tickets Only)
- Age category changes are only possible to adult tickets if the ticket is unused and within the validity period.
A settlement of the price difference is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to 3 years old to elementary school, junior high school, or U23 categories are not possible.)

* In the case of debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas, card registration may not be possible. Since whether a card can be registered is determined by each card company's payment processing service, we are unable to respond to inquiries about which cards can be registered.

*If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot choose in-store issuance and payment.
