Fee list (when purchased at MobilityStation)
- Seven-Eleven Store Ticket Issuance and Payment
- A fee will be charged for ticket issuance and payment at Seven-Eleven stores.
In-store payment fee 260 yen / per transaction
Issuance fee 130 yen / per ticket
- Seat Change (Upgrade - Electronic Tickets Only)
- An upgrade fee will be charged for each seat. The fee is the difference between the original price before the change and the ticket price after the change. If there is no difference, a fee of 500yen will be charged.
- Age Category Change (Electronic Tickets Only)
- Age category changes are only possible to adult tickets if the ticket is unused and within the validity period.
A settlement of the price difference is required when making changes.
(Some tickets cannot be changed. Changes to ages 3 to junior high school students and U23 are not possible.)

Listing Fee (per listing): Up to 13,500yen listing amount…660yen (tax included) 13,501yen and above…5% of the transaction amount

- Credit Card (You can choose electronic ticket or Seven-Eleven store issuance for receipt)
- Available cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club (lump-sum payment only)
* In the case of debit cards, prepaid cards, or credit cards issued overseas, card registration may not be possible. Since whether a card can be registered is determined by each card company's payment processing service, we are unable to respond to inquiries about which cards can be registered.

- Cash, electronic money "nanaco" (*points are not awarded), and credit cards are available.

Please note that there is a deadline for payment. If payment is not made within the deadline, the order will be canceled. For deadline details, please check the purchase confirmation email and My Ticket.
*If you purchase 20 or more tickets at one time, or if the total payment amount is 300,000 yen or more, you cannot choose in-store issuance and payment.
*Seven-Eleven store payment is available until 11:59 p.m. on March 19, 2026 (Thu).
