Due to violation of MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations Appendix 4 Road Race Competition Regulations Article 14 (absence from briefing), MFJ Domestic Competition Regulations Chapter 4 MFJ Arbitration Regulations Article 35 35-1-3 was applied, imposing a reprimand (submission of a written apology) and a penalty of a 5,000yen re-briefing fee.
