Due to the "WET" declaration, in accordance with Article 8 of the special regulations for the 2013 MFJ All Japan Road Race Championship Series Round 1,
the number of laps has been reduced by 2, making the final race 17 laps.

The domestic competition rules were amended to include section 4-17-11 (start delay) due to a 5-corner crash during the warm-up lap.
This start delay resulted in the application of section 4-17-11-1 of the domestic competition rules, reducing the race to 16 laps.

Due to violation of Supplementary Regulations for Domestic Competition 3-2-5 (Rules for Circuit Driving) during warm-up session,
Article 32-1 of Chapter 3 of Domestic Competition Regulations was applied and a penalty of disqualification was imposed.
In addition, Article 31-2-3-2 of Supplementary Regulations for Domestic Competition 4 will be applied and a request for license suspension will be submitted to the Domestic Discipline Committee.
