Article 31-1 of the General Regulations of Domestic Competition was applied, and a strict warning (submission of a written statement) and a penalty of 100,000 yen were imposed.

Violation of Domestic Competition Regulations Appendix 3, Article 3-2-5 (Compliance with Rules for Circuit Driving) resulted in
application of Domestic Competition Regulations General Rules Article 31, Section 31-1, and strict disciplinary action (submission of written statement) and a penalty of 10,000 yen were imposed.
