According to Domestic Competition Regulations Appendix 4, Article 18-2 (Jump Start), a penalty was imposed for violation of 18-2-2 (Stop & Go).
However, Rider No.83 retired, so the penalty was not enforced.
*2 According to Domestic Competition Regulations Appendix 4, Article 17-4-6, a penalty of 1 minute time addition was imposed for violation.
However, since the rider retired and did not obtain a competition result, the penalty is not reflected in this result table.
*3 Rider No.5
According to Special Competition Regulations Article 24, Paragraph 4 (Violation of West Shortcut), Domestic Competition Regulations Article 31, Paragraph 31-1 was applied and a penalty of reprimand (submission of a written statement) was imposed.
