No.145 received a 40-second penalty stop for violating Official Notice No.4 (Failure to participate in the sighting lap and warm-up lap). Nos. 148, 121, and 17 were fined 5,000yen for violating Domestic Competition Regulation Detail 1 4 1)(3) (Overtaking in a yellow flag zone). Nos. 21 and 106 received a 20-second penalty stop for violating Special Regulation Article 43, 43-9 (Pit lane speed limit). Nos. 7, 49, 2, 28, 54, 101, and 21 were given stop & go penalties for violating Special Regulation Article 13, 13-53 (Jump start at full caution restart). No.148 was fined 10,000yen for violating Domestic Competition Regulation Detail 1 4 1)(3) (Obligations within a yellow flag zone). Nos. 44 (twice) and 7 had the respective laps deleted from the race results and were penalized with a 3-lap deduction for violating Special Regulation Article 46, 46-2 (Pit-in procedure). No.28 was allowed to start under the condition of being out of classification due to violating Special Regulation Article 51, 51-2 (Driving time). |
