• Please make necessary preparations as the vehicles used for circuit driving will be performing continuous high-speed runs.
• When participating in the program, please wear equipment that complies with the equipment regulations (PDF: 169KB) and vehicle regulations (PDF: 699KB) from your own safety perspective.
• Please prepare protective lenses, gum tape or protective tape for attaching the bib number.
• Please prepare a "bundling band" for fixing the measuring instrument (transponder) for the 2-wheel program with time measurement.

Apply

• As a general rule, we start accepting applications two months before the event date.
• Customers who are not MCoM or SMSC members will be required to join the Motegi and Suzuka Mutual Aid Association (comprehensive accident insurance).
• Insurance fees are included in the non-member/general participation fee.

Acceptance of Participation

• You will receive a "Participation Acceptance Notification" email approximately 10 to 7 days before the event date.
• Please check the "Participant Information Download Page" in the acceptance email for various materials.

Let's go to the venue

• You can enter from the South and North Gates starting at 5am on the day of the event.
• Please present the printed or screen version of your acceptance letter to the staff when entering.
• In the Racing Course program, the pit garage area will be designated. Please use it with consideration for others.
• Please print and submit the "Agreement Form" at the reception on the day of the event.

Registration

• We will conduct registration at the scheduled time.
• Members: Present your membership card and submit the pledge.
• Non-members: Present your driver's license, submit a pledge and temporary insurance application.
• Bib distribution, measurement equipment rental procedures, and lunch ticket distribution will be conducted.

Cancellations are possible after application, but cancellation fees will be charged from 7 days before the event.

Reservation Cancellation Procedure

• As a general rule, it will be held even in case of rain.
• In case of significant weather changes, the program content may be modified and held.
• If the event is cancelled, we will send you a notification to the email address you registered at the time of application, around 3:00 PM the day before.
• In case of cancellation due to bad weather, we will refund the fee after deducting the handling fee.
• Each program has a "minimum number of participants" set. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum by the application deadline, the program will be canceled.
