What is "K-TAI"?

"K-TAI" is a kart endurance event that can be enjoyed by both beginners and heavy users!

"K-TAI" is the largest kart endurance event using 4-cycle engine sports karts and electric karts, with up to 120 participants at the Mobility Resort Motegi Racing Course.
To ensure even motorsports beginners can enjoy "K-TAI," we hold training sessions during practice meetings and provide course guidance via bus rides. Of course, participants can also drive on the actual racing course in advance.
Please join the grand kart event festival, the "2025 Motegi KART Endurance Festival 'K-TAI'," which attracts many participants every year!

"K-TAI" has various submission documents such as team registration and vehicle change application forms from the application process.
Please be sure to meet the submission deadline to ensure a smooth event.

"K-TAI" is participated by various groups such as school or company friends, family, kart companions, etc. The person who enjoys the most wins! So please join with your fun companions.

Meet the eligibility requirements!

At "K-TAI", we have set up several eligibility requirements to ensure that even those who are driving on the circuit for the first time can safely participate.

■Competition License / MCoM・SMSC License for those who do not have one

Participate in the open practice session, attend the "K-TAI" workshop, and practice driving.

■Competitive License / MCoM・SMSC License Holders

Participate in open practice and perform practice runs.

From June 8 (Sun) at 10:00 until July 13 (Sun) is the entry acceptance period.

Application via WEB Entry

First, please proceed with your entry using the following information.
Please note that the entry will be completed with the participation number.
One entry per team is allowed.

※Please also apply if you have a desired bib number.
※We will post the application URL on the "K-TAI" website as soon as it is determined.

Participation Fee
Enjoy 7-hour Endurance 88,000yen/1 team

If you are not a MCoM or SMSC member, a separate fee will be required in addition to the participation fee.
In addition, MS Mutual Aid Association fees will be charged each time you participate in a trial run, open practice, or on the day of the competition.

What is an MCoM Member?

MCoM is a membership system established for those who use the courses at Mobility Resort Motegi.

What is an SMSC member?

SMSC (Suzuka Motorsports Club) is a membership program established for those who wish to use the courses at Suzuka Circuit.

Become a member of MCoM "K-TAI" and save money!

For example, if you participate in an open practice session or a trial run as a non-member, or on a "K-TAI" device.

MS Temporary Insurance Fee @ 7,000yen × 3 = 21,000yen + Driver Registration Fee 5,000yen = 26,000yen

Become a member of MCoM's "K-TAI" exclusive club and participate in open practice sessions and test runs with "K-TAI".

MCoM "K-TAI" Limited Membership Registration Fee (MS Mutual Aid Membership Fee 10,000yen per year + Registration Fee 5,500yen) = 15,500yen

Since the membership fee is paid annually, there is no need to pay each time.

※Test drive and open practice fees are required separately.

Register your team's composition, including team name and drivers!

Once the entry is complete, the team formation registration form will be sent from the office. Please register drivers, pit crew, helpers, vehicles, and team names.
The submission deadline is August 5 (Tue).

Practice sessions will be held three times before the main event!

At the public practice session, you can take a bus tour of the beginner-friendly course and actually run on the course used in the event.
In addition, there will be "K-TAI" training sessions and representative meetings for eligible participants, so please join us.

Let's confirm the registered information on the acceptance letter!

We will send the participation acceptance letter after August 26, so please check to ensure there are no discrepancies in the content.
Additionally, there may be important announcements regarding the tournament included, so the representative should check all documents.

Finally, it's event week! Let's head to the venue fully prepared!

Please check the acceptance letter that was sent to you and make sure there are no mistakes.
Please also be aware that in addition to the vehicle and driver's equipment, it is important to bring tools and other items necessary for vehicle maintenance, as well as raincoats and stopwatches for use by the pit crew, as these are easy to forget.
Also, please note that registration and vehicle inspections are only available on the Saturday before the event.

Final Event is Finally Here!

Final Event is Finally Here! The grid will be determined by lottery.
After receiving the briefing, it's finally time for the final race. "K-TAI" is not about who is the fastest, but about who enjoys it the most.
We hope you will enjoy the 7-hour endurance event with your friends and family.

Conditions for Participation

1. Driver Qualifications

Meet one of the following conditions A, B, or C and drive at least once on the Mobility Resort MOTEGI Racing Course during open practice or special Sports Driving Reservation sessions.

  • A) Participated as a driver in the 2024 "K-TAI".
  • B) Owns a competition license.
  • C) Participate in one of the three "open practices".
C) The requirements are that you must be at least 16 years old and have a moped license or higher.
Also, please be sure to attend the "K-TAI" training session held on open practice days.

2. Drivers can register 3-10 people, and pit crew/helpers can register 1-11 people.

■Driver Registration

Please gather 3 to 10 drivers and join us. However, drivers cannot register in multiple teams. If you register only 3 drivers, if someone cannot participate due to sudden circumstances, the entire team will not be able to participate. We recommend registering with 4 or more drivers if possible. Also, please note that if you register a junior high school student or younger as a driver, the pit stay time will be added.

■Registration for Pit Crew/Helpers

Pit crew/helper can register up to 11 people.
Please register at least one pit crew.(Must be 16 years or older.)
Duplicate registration with the driver is not allowed.

3. Registration of team representative is required, and team representative is obligated to attend "Representative Meeting".

We will explain the precautions for participating in "K-TAI" to the representative. Please be sure to participate. The meeting will be held on the open practice day.
