* Customer information registration is required in advance when making a reservation.
* The start dates for internet reservations and phone reservations differ.
* Waiting list for cancellations is accepted by phone only, starting 30 days before the desired accommodation date (accepted from the phone reservation start date).
* The waiting list for cancellations on race event dates differs from the 30-day rule. Details will be provided separately under “Regarding Reservation Acceptance for Race Events.”
* Waiting list for cancellations is accepted from the phone reservation start date.
