This winter features chocolate, nuts, and berries!
We have prepared winter European sweets such as "Sachertorte," "Chocolate Roll Cake," "Walnut Nougat Tart," and "Chocolate Framboise."
You can also enjoy ingredients from Tochigi and Ibaraki, such as dishes using seasonal anglerfish and greeneyes caught in Kashimanada, and takikomi rice made with mushrooms from Motegi.
Strawberry sweets are also scheduled to appear from the end of January.
