"Motegi Upskilling Adventure"
Motegi Upskilling Adventure is an experiential learning program that is learned through group activities.
Various activities are carried out with the aim of building the most important "human relationships" in group life.
It is an ideal program for new employee training, revitalizing communication between departments, and team building.
Program Progress and Safety Management
The program will be conducted in groups of approximately 15 people per group.
Additionally, each group will be accompanied by a specialized staff member called a facilitator, who will provide support during the activities.

Activities are led by facilitators and are carried out while having fun. Cooperation is the key to success in problem-solving activities. By working together with others towards the same goal, we can gain new insights and grow.

This is a participatory facility where riders, from those who have recently obtained their driver's license or are paper drivers to veteran drivers, can actively learn safe driving.
