What is JOY TAI?
"JOY TAI" is a 4-wheel endurance race that is easy for beginners to participate in!
"JOY TAI" is a JAF certified 4-wheel endurance race held at Mobility Resort Motegi with its own unique rules using box cars. The variety of vehicles that can participate and the wide range of entry options are its features. In addition, it is a race that even beginners can participate in with peace of mind, with requirements such as mandatory use of regular tires and officials (※) being able to recover stopped vehicles on the course and return them to the race. Every year, many first-time drivers are welcomed and each team enjoys the race with their families and friends. Please join us in the annual box car race festival, "Motegi Enjoy Endurance Race "JOY TAI"."

"JOY TAI" is participated by various groups such as school or company friends, family, and car enthusiasts. Please enjoy the JAF certified authentic race with your fun companions.
Meet the eligibility requirements!
■Eligibility
Possession of a valid 2025 JAF participant permit.
*This does not apply if the driver is also a participant.
■Driver's License
Please check in advance as it is necessary to meet both of the above conditions.
- 1. Must possess a valid driver's license and hold a JAF domestic driving competition permit of A or higher.
- 2. Participants must meet the driving experience requirements set by the organizer during public practice sessions or special sports driving sessions held during that week.

From July 26, 2025 (Sat) to August 10, 2025 (Sun) is the entry acceptance period.
*Registration will close once the limit of 90 vehicles (capacity) is reached.
*Drivers who are not MCoM/SMSC members will incur an additional provisional mutual aid fee.
What is an MCoM Member?
MCoM is a membership system established for those who use the courses at Mobility Resort Motegi.
What is an SMSC member?
SMSC (Suzuka Motorsports Club) is a membership program established for those who wish to use the courses at Suzuka Circuit.
Join our open practice session!
If you do not have experience participating in JAF certified races, you will need to record a lap time of 3 minutes or less at the practice session. Please join us.
Let's confirm the registered information with the acceptance letter!
We will send the participation acceptance letter about two weeks before the tournament, so please check to ensure there are no discrepancies in the content.
Additionally, there may be important announcements regarding the tournament included, so the representative should check all documents.
Race week is finally here! Let's head to the venue fully prepared!
First, please check the participation acceptance form to make sure there are no mistakes. Then, please bring the necessary items for participation, such as licenses, seals, and tools for vehicle maintenance. Please also be mindful of items that are easily forgotten, such as kappa, stopwatches, and goggles for refueling, which will be used by the pit crew.
Additionally, we recommend that you check in and have your vehicle inspected on Friday in case you are unable to pass the inspection.
Final Race!
After completing reception and vehicle inspection, it is finally time for the 7-hour endurance race with a briefing on the course.
We hope you can enjoy the race with your friends and family with the goal of finishing.
Conditions for Participation

Participants must hold a valid 2025 JAF participant permit.
However, this does not apply if the driver is also a participant.

All drivers must possess a valid driver's license and be holders of JAF's domestic driving competition permit A or higher.

All registered drivers must meet one of the following conditions by September 12, 2025 (Fri).
- (1) Submit a document proving that you have participated in a JAF sanctioned race and have competed in the final race (including consolation). (Copy of official results is acceptable.)
- (2) Record the measured results of running within 3 minutes and 00 seconds in the open practice session or the special sports driving session for participants held during that week. (The record will be based on the measurement results of Mobility Resort Motegi.)
※The organizing committee may change the above time depending on road conditions such as rain. - (3) Drivers who have no experience participating in the Motegi Enjoy Endurance Race must attend a training session set on the open practice day or the special sports driving day for participants held during that week.
What kind of vehicles can participate?
The 2025 season will be held in the following 11 classes.
Please check the applicable classes based on vehicle displacement and the vehicles that can participate.
In addition, please refer to the "JOY TAI" special rules, Chapter 6, for regulations on participating vehicles.
