A new "JOY TAI" begins using numbered vehicles!
At Mobility Resort Motegi, we have been holding 7-hour endurance races, "Motegi Enjoy Endurance Race "Joy TAI" and 120-minute endurance races, "Motegi Enjoy Mini Endurance Race "Mini Joy TAI", as participatory events that everyone can enjoy. In 2023, we will hold a new 3-hour endurance race, "Motegi Joy TAI Challenge", using registered vehicles (vehicles with license plates) to allow even more people to participate and enjoy the race!
For the regulations of participating vehicles, a wide range of vehicle types can participate, mainly equipped with 6-point roll cages or 4-point or more safety belts, based on the speed SA vehicles and speed B vehicles specified in the JAF domestic competition vehicle regulations. It is also possible to participate using some existing numbered one-make vehicles.
Eligibility for participation is limited to those who hold a JAF domestic driver's license of Class A or above, just like the original "JOY TAI", and up to 3 people can participate. The participating vehicles can also be modified to a more accessible level than racing cars, and the race time of 3 hours makes it a step-up race for endurance beginners and those aiming to participate in "JOY TAI", allowing you to enjoy a "casual", "easy", and "exciting" endurance race with your friends and companions.
※The waiting area during the period will be the second paddock (outdoor). (Please bring your own tent, etc. for the team)
※During the race (while driving), the pit front will be designated as the maintenance area for use.
