Some activities may seem impossible to solve or cannot be solved alone.
In the process of finding a solution, you will be encouraged to think creatively without being bound by conventional ideas and have the opportunity to challenge yourself.
We will engage in activities to relax our bodies and minds. We will also give each other nicknames and do light warm-up exercises to help shorten the psychological distance between us and the instructors we meet for the first time.
As the atmosphere of the venue gradually becomes more relaxed, we will engage in activities that may feel a little embarrassing or involve big gestures in order to create an open-minded environment.
These activities will bring smiles to the participants and create a sense of security within the group.
