About Ticket Handling

We will not reissue under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
Tickets purchased by user's operation cannot be exchanged, changed, cancelled, or returned for any reason. However, this does not apply to refunds in case of additional or changed functions provided by this service and the performance is not established.
We are not responsible for duplicate purchases due to user input errors or communication environment problems. We will not refund the amount for such cases.
Please note that ticket products are not eligible for cooling-off period.
Users are prohibited from reselling tickets purchased through our official resale service using any other means, as well as commissioning third parties to engage in fraudulent resale. In addition, listing on auctions and internet auctions is also prohibited. In the event of a violation, the validity of the ticket may be revoked.
If lost, please purchase again. *May be sold out.
If you do not have your ticket with you, please understand that you will not be able to enter, regardless of the reason.

Admission Method

[If you have a pre-purchased parking ticket] Entrance method to the parking lot: When entering, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the toll gate ^※. ※North Gate, South Gate
Entry Gate Entry Method: Please present one "admission ticket" per person to the staff at the entry gate.
The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated terminal and confirm the ticket.
※If you have multiple electronic tickets, it is recommended to print them at home or distribute them at the Mobility Station in advance and bring them individually for smooth entry.

On race day, congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and at the toll gate. Please allow plenty of time to arrive.

About Parking

Please follow the guidance of the staff and park your vehicle inside the venue.
In order to accommodate many customers, we kindly ask that you refrain from reserving parking spaces for extended periods of time or over a wide area with your luggage, etc.
Any luggage used to reserve spaces will be removed or relocated. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, theft, etc. caused by removal or relocation.
The use of wheelchair-only parking is limited to the following customers. Thank you for your understanding.
Customers using wheelchairs, customers with mobility impairments (difficulty walking). ※ Presentation of a disability certificate is required for the use of wheelchair-only parking.

We are not responsible for any damages or theft that may occur in the parking lot, such as damage to vehicles or collisions.

Request upon leaving

After the competition, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate traffic congestion inside the venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate in exiting the venue.
※In order to alleviate traffic congestion, you may be directed to a gate different from the one you entered.

About Watching the Race

Mobility Resort Motegi has designated smoking areas within the premises. Please use the designated smoking areas if you wish to smoke.
Please note that all seating areas, including electronic cigarettes, are non-smoking.
To ensure that many customers can use it, we refrain from securing viewing spaces and viewing areas for long periods of time and over a wide area with luggage. As the aisles also serve as emergency evacuation routes, please refrain from placing luggage.
Luggage used to secure a location may be removed or moved. Thank you for your understanding. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, theft, etc. that may occur during removal or relocation.

- ・Leisure sheet, rope, adhesive tape, tent, table, chair
- - Chains, wire ropes, chains, padlocks, etc. *In some cases, we may have to cut them off when removing them.
Please refrain from the following items.
- - Use of stairs, aisles, open flames, and tripods (monopods) outside of designated areas for photography, bringing and using bicycles, kick scooters, and other self-propelled vehicles (excluding wheelchairs) to the viewing area and paddock, any actions that may cause inconvenience to other customers or hinder the progress of the event.
- ※Please refrain from using large flags, microphones, and cheer horns.
  We kindly ask that you do not bring in large gas horns or other items that may cause explosions.

About Tent Camping

A dedicated space for overnight tent stays, "Tent Stay Area", is available in some areas of the venue. Reservations are not available and usage is on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that space is limited.

*If you are using the tent camping area, a pre-purchased parking ticket or a parking ticket for May 18 (Sun) is required.
Reservation: We do not accept reservations. Please come directly to the tent camping area on the day of your stay. (Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)

E0, S4 Parking Lot - Request for Each Tent Camping Area.
Please ensure that all tents and equipment are completely packed up by 6:00 AM on May 18 (Sun).
Each tent camping area will be used as a parking lot on May 18 (Sun).
Please note that there are no facilities such as restrooms or water facilities in the E0 and S4 parking lots. Please use the restrooms in front of the S2 and S3 parking lots.
Please refrain from using direct fire. Please use barbecue grills, gas burners, etc.
Tents are not allowed to be set up for accommodation in parking areas other than the tent camping area.
Please follow the guidance and direction of the staff for safety in the tent camping area.
Please stop the engine after 21:00 on May 17 (Sat). This includes generators and other noisy equipment.
Please refrain from drinking and driving.
The use of fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited.
Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation in order for all guests to have a comfortable stay.

About staying in the parking lot (car camping)

Overnight parking (car camping) is possible in the parking lots excluding the oval course parking lot. If you are using car camping, you will need a pre-purchased parking ticket or a parking ticket for May 18 (Sun) on the day.
