We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation in the following points, in order for our customers to have a safe, secure, and comfortable experience during their visit.
About Ticket Handling
- We will not reissue under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
- Tickets purchased by user's operation cannot be exchanged, changed, cancelled, or returned for any reason. However, this does not apply to refunds in case of additional or changed functions provided by this service and the performance is not established.
We are not responsible for duplicate purchases due to user input errors or communication environment problems. We will not refund the amount for such cases.
Please note that ticket products are not eligible for cooling-off period. - Users are prohibited from reselling tickets purchased through our official resale service using any other means, as well as commissioning third parties to engage in fraudulent resale. In addition, listing on auctions and internet auctions is also prohibited. In the event of a violation, the validity of the ticket may be revoked.
- If lost, please purchase again. *May be sold out.
- If you do not have your ticket with you, please understand that you will not be able to enter, regardless of the reason.
*Please note that you will not be able to enter with a receipt, proof of purchase, web purchase screen, or a photo of the ticket. - Please keep your tickets safe and bring them with you until the end of the event. Admission Method
- How to Enter the Entrance Gate
- ・The designated parking lot specifies the entrance gate for entry. Please check your ticket information and the SUPER GT ticket page to ensure you do not make a mistake with the entrance gate. >> Click here for parking ticket information
- ・On the day of the final race, congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and at the entrance gates. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
- If you have a pre-purchased parking ticket, how to enter the parking lot: Upon entry, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the entrance gate*. *North Gate, South Gate, East Gate
- Entrance method for viewing gates: Please present one "viewing ticket" per person to the staff at the viewing gate.
The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated terminal and confirm the ticket.
※If you have multiple electronic tickets, it is recommended to print them at home or distribute them at the mobility station in advance and bring them individually for smooth entry.

※It is recommended to save the QR code with a screenshot in case of system failure or communication failure during emergencies.
The current time is displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please prepare a screen with a moving time display during normal times. - Entrance method for designated seat tickets and paddock passes: When entering, please present one ticket (QR code) per person to the staff at the entrance.
The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device and confirm the ticket.
※If you have multiple electronic tickets, it is recommended to print them at home or distribute them at the Mobility Station in advance for a smoother process.

>>Click here for details on how to distribute tickets - Entry method for Executive Suite, VIP Suite, and VIP Terrace Premium: Upon initial entry, please present one ticket per person to the staff at the reception counter on the first floor of the Center House. After the staff scans the QR code with a dedicated terminal and confirms the ticket, a valid pass will be exchanged. Please use the exchanged pass during the race/event period.
※If you have multiple tickets and would like to consolidate them on one device, it is possible to hand over all tickets to the representative who has the device.
※If you print the tickets at home or distribute them at the Mobility Station, it is also possible to hand over the passes to each individual.

About Parking
- The designated parking ticket specifies the entrance gate for entry. Customers with a designated parking ticket should check their ticket information and the SUPER GT ticket page, and enter through the specified entrance gate.
- Please enter the designated parking lot from the dedicated lane at each gate.
- When driving inside the venue, please follow the venue speed limit of 30km/h and drive safely.
- Please refrain from parking vehicles other than cars in the parking spaces with 4 wheels.
- Please wear a helmet when riding a bike inside the venue.
- Please use the bicycle parking lot when using a bike or bicycle.
※Bikes and bicycles parked outside of the designated parking lot will be moved. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, etc. caused by removal or relocation. Thank you for your understanding. - We kindly ask that you refrain from reserving parking spaces with your luggage or other items. Items used to secure a space may be removed or relocated.

- Setting up tents, chairs, tables, and other activities that may inconvenience other customers are prohibited within the parking lot.
- Please manage your luggage and helmets after parking or parking your bicycle on your own.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur in the parking lot, such as damage to vehicles or accidents and theft. Thank you for your understanding.
Request upon leaving
- After the race or event, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion within the venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate in exiting the venue.
※In order to alleviate congestion, you may be directed to a gate different from the one you entered.
About Watching the Race
- At the designated seat entrance, please have your ticket (QR code) ready for each person and present it to the staff.
- Please be mindful not to obstruct other customers' viewing when waving support flags.
- Mobility Resort Motegi is implementing a smoking ban on the premises. All seats, including electronic cigarettes, are non-smoking, so please use the designated smoking area if you wish to smoke.
- ■Please refrain from the following items.
- ・Securing viewing seats and areas for long periods and over a wide range with luggage, etc.
*Luggage used for securing places may be removed or relocated. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during removal or relocation, so thank you for your understanding.
Example) Leisure sheets, tents, tables, chairs, wire ropes, chains, strings, adhesive tape, padlocks, etc.
*We may cut them. - - Viewing on stairs or pathways, use of fire, use of tripods (monopods) for photography, bringing bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, etc. to viewing areas and paddocks, bringing and using drones, any actions that may inconvenience other customers, or actions that may hinder the progress of the event.
- ・No bringing or using items that may cause explosions, such as large gas canisters.
- ・Use of umbrellas in the grandstand. ※Please use rain gear, etc. beforehand.
- ・Securing viewing seats and areas for long periods and over a wide range with luggage, etc.
- In case of unforeseen circumstances that may cause operational difficulties, the organizer may decide to cancel or change the schedule.
About Bringing Items
＜Prohibited items inside the venue＞
- ・Explosives, explosions, fires, and toxic gases.
- ・Items that may cause harm to other customers, such as tear gas spray.

About Photography
- Unauthorized distribution of audio and video content through the internet or other media that can be viewed by a large number of unspecified viewers, as well as filming that may cause inconvenience to other customers, is strictly prohibited.
Prior permission is required for commercial or profit-oriented photography and videography. - Your portrait may be taken. Please check the following purposes for which the recorded video, audio, and images may be used before visiting.

Information on the installation of the victory stand (V seat) banner
Regarding the display of banners at the Victory Stand, we kindly ask that you refrain from placing them in the following locations to avoid obstructing the view of other guests.
Additionally, we also request that you refrain from displaying flags for visibility reasons.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that all guests can enjoy a comfortable viewing experience.
*Banners, including those at the Grandstand, can be installed starting November 1 (Fri). (V seats can be installed after the gate opening on November 2 (Sat)).
Items installed before this date may be removed.

■Free Tent Accommodation
A special space called "Tent Camping Area" has been set up in a part of the venue, where you can stay in a tent. Reservations are not required, but usage is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Location: N5 Partial, S2 Side Green Park
- Schedule: November 2 (Sat) PM 5:00 - November 3 (Sun, Holiday) AM 6:00
- Fee: Free (If using the tent camping area, a pre-purchased parking ticket or a parking ticket for November 3 (Sun) is required.)
- Reservation: We do not accept reservations. Please come directly to the tent camping area on the day. (Places will be secured in the order of arrival.)
Precautions
- Request for N5 partial, S2 side green park tent accommodation area.
Please make sure to clean up tents and other items by 6:00 AM on November 3 (Sun, holiday).
Each tent accommodation area will be used as a parking lot on the final day. - The use of open flames (directly burning fire on the ground) is prohibited. ※Fire pits are available for use.
- Tent setup outside of the tent camping area is not allowed.
- Please follow the guidance and direction of the staff for safety in the tent camping area.
- Please turn off your engine when parking in the tent area.
■About Car Camping
- You can stay overnight in your car at parking lots other than the one on the oval course.
- If you are staying overnight in your car, you will need a pre-purchased parking ticket.
