Information for Customers

We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the following items, in order for our customers to have a safe, secure, and comfortable experience during their visit.

About Ticket Handling

  • We will not reissue under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
  • Tickets purchased by the user cannot be exchanged, changed, canceled, or refunded for any reason. However, this does not apply to additions or changes made using functions provided by this service, or refunds in the event that the event is canceled.
    We do not take any responsibility for duplicate purchases caused by user input errors or communication environment issues. Also, no refunds will be given for such payments.
    Please note that ticket products are not subject to cooling-off cancellation.
  • Users are prohibited from reselling tickets purchased through our official resale service using any other means, as well as commissioning third parties to engage in fraudulent resale. In addition, listing on auctions and internet auctions is also prohibited. In the event of a violation, the validity of the ticket may be revoked.
  • If lost, please purchase again. *May be sold out.
  • If you do not have your ticket with you, you will not be allowed to enter for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
    * Receipts, invoices, web purchase screens, photos of tickets, etc. cannot be used for admission.

Admission Method

  • [If You Have an Advance Parking Ticket] How to Enter the Parking Lot: Please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the entrance gate*. *North Gate, South Gate
  • Entry Method for Spectator Gate: Please present one "Spectator Ticket" per person to the staff at the spectator gate.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device and verify the ticket.
    * If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person has their own ticket.

    * We recommend saving the QR code by taking a screenshot or similar method (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system failures or communication disruptions).
    The current time is displayed at the bottom of the QR code. Please prepare a screen where the time display is moving during normal conditions.
  • How to Enter with Reserved Seat Tickets and Paddock Passes: Upon entry, please present one ticket (QR code) per person to the staff at the entrance.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device and verify the ticket.
    * If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person has their own ticket.

  • Entry Method for Executive Suite, VIP SUITE, and VIP Suite Premium: Upon your first entry, please present one ticket per person to the staff at the reception counter on the 1st floor of the Center House. The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket, then exchange it for a valid pass for the duration of the event. Please use the exchanged pass during the race and event period.
    * If multiple tickets are held together on one person's device, it is possible to hand over all the tickets to the representative holding the device.
    * If you print in advance at home or perform "distribution" at MobilityStation and bring the tickets individually, it is also possible to hand passes to each person.

About the entrance gate* *North Gate, South Gate

  • Customers with advance parking tickets, please have one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle ready and present it to the staff upon entry.
  • The designated parking lots specify the entrance gate for entry. Please check your ticket information and the All Japan Road Race Ticket page, and be careful not to mistake the entrance gate.>>Click here for parking ticket information
  • On the day of the final race, congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and at the entrance gates. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

About Parking

  • Designated parking tickets specify the entrance gate for entry. Customers with designated parking tickets, please check your ticket information and the All Japan Road Race Ticket page, and enter through the designated entrance gate.
  • Please enter the designated parking lot from the dedicated lane at each gate.
  • When driving inside the venue, please follow the venue speed limit of 30km/h and drive safely.
  • Please refrain from parking vehicles other than cars in the parking spaces with 4 wheels.
  • Please wear a helmet when riding a bike inside the venue.
  • Please use the bicycle parking area when using a bike or bicycle.
    * Bikes and bicycles parked outside the bicycle parking area will be moved. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur due to removal or relocation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please refrain from reserving parking spaces with luggage or other items. Items used to reserve spaces will be removed or relocated.

  • Vehicles are not allowed to pass between S1 Parking Lot and Main Information Center.
  • Setting up tents, chairs, tables, and other activities that may inconvenience other customers are prohibited within the parking lot.
  • Please manage your luggage and helmets after parking or parking your bicycle on your own.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur in the parking lot, such as damage to vehicles or accidents and theft. Thank you for your understanding.

Request upon leaving

  • After the race or event ends, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion within the venue. Please cooperate by following the staff's guidance when exiting.
    * To ease congestion, you may be directed to exit through a different gate than the one you entered.

About Watching the Race

  • At the designated seat entrance, please have your ticket (QR code) ready for each person and present it to the staff.
  • Please be mindful not to obstruct other customers' viewing when waving support flags.
  • Mobility Resort Motegi is implementing a smoking ban on the premises. All seats, including electronic cigarettes, are non-smoking, so please use the designated smoking area if you wish to smoke.
  • Please refrain from the following items.
    • ・Reserving viewing seats and areas for long periods and over wide ranges using luggage or other items.
      ※Luggage used to reserve places will be removed or relocated. Please note that we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur due to removal or relocation.
      Example) Leisure sheets, tents, tables, chairs, wire ropes, chains, strings, adhesive tape, padlocks, etc. *These may be cut if necessary.
    • - Viewing on stairs or pathways, use of fire, use of tripods (monopods) for photography, bringing bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, etc. to viewing areas and paddocks, bringing and using drones, any actions that may inconvenience other customers, or actions that may hinder the progress of the event.
    • ・No bringing or using items that may cause explosions, such as large gas canisters.
    • ・Use of umbrellas in the grandstand. ※Please use rain gear, etc. beforehand.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances that may cause operational difficulties, the organizer may decide to cancel or change the schedule.

About Bringing Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and viewing areas.

  • ・Explosives, explosions, fires, and toxic gases.
  • ・Items that may cause harm to other customers, such as tear gas spray.
  • - Fireworks, large amounts of lighters, matches and other flammable materials, knives, knives, scissors and other sharp objects that can be used as weapons.
  • ・Drones, laser pens, and other items that may interfere with the operation and progress of the event, or cause inconvenience or danger to others.
  • ・Signs, banners, etc. that contain slander or defamation.
  • ・Items not allowed to be possessed by other laws and regulations.

  • ・Pets (excluding specially trained guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) are allowed in the viewing area. (Please use the viewing area for dogs.)
  • ・Bicycles, kick scooters (including electric) *Please use the bicycle parking lot. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, etc.

About Photography

  • The act of distributing audio, video, etc. as videos accessible to an unspecified large number of viewers via the internet or other media without permission, as well as any filming that causes inconvenience to other customers, is prohibited.
    Prior permission is required for photography or video recording for commercial or profit-making purposes.
  • Your portrait may be taken. Please check the following purposes for which the recorded video, audio, and images may be used before visiting.

About Tent Camping

A dedicated tent camping area "Tent Camping Area" is available in some parts of the venue. Reservations are not available, and usage is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited space.

  • Location: E0, S4 Parking Lots, Green Park
  • Schedule: From the opening time on August 23 (Sat) to 6:00 AM on August 24 (Sun)
  • Fee: Free 
    ※If you use the tent camping area, you will need an advance parking ticket or a parking ticket for August 24 (Sun).
  • Reservation: We do not accept reservations. Please come directly to the tent camping area on the day of your stay. (Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Precautions for Tent Camping Area

  • In each tent camping area, please ensure that all tents and equipment are completely packed up by 6:00 AM on August 24 (Sun).
    Each tent camping area will be used as a parking lot on August 24 (Sun).
  • Please note that there are no facilities such as restrooms or water facilities in the E0 and S4 parking lots. Please use the restrooms in front of the S2 and S3 parking lots.
  • Please refrain from using direct fire. Please use barbecue grills, gas burners, etc.
  • Tent setup outside of the tent camping area is not allowed.
  • Please follow the guidance and direction of the staff for safety in the tent camping area.
  • Please turn off your engine when parking in the tent area.
  • Please stop your engine after 9:00 PM on August 23 (Sat). This includes generators and other noise-producing devices.
  • Please refrain from drunk driving.
  • The use of fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation in order for all guests to have a comfortable stay.

About staying in the parking lot (car camping)

Overnight stays (car camping) are allowed only on the night of August 23 (Sat) in parking lots excluding the Oval Course parking lot. Advance parking tickets or same-day parking tickets (August 24) are required.

Precautions for staying in the parking lot (car camping)

  • In order to accommodate many customers, we kindly ask for your understanding that we are unable to reserve parking spaces.
  • Please stop your engine after 9:00 PM on August 23 (Sat). This includes generators and other noise-producing devices.
  • When using overnight parking in your car, please refrain from setting up tables, chairs, or other items in other parking spaces.
  • There are no facilities such as toilets or water facilities. Please use the surrounding facilities.
  • Please refrain from drunk driving.
  • The use of fire, such as fireworks, is prohibited.
  • Please refrain from any actions that may cause inconvenience to other guests. We kindly ask for your cooperation in order for all guests to have a comfortable stay.
  • Nozomi Bath loop bus will not be in operation. Customers who wish to use Nozomi Bath at night are requested to use their own vehicles for transportation.

  • 2. If staff determine that the banner obstructs other customers' views, is excessively large, or is deemed dangerous due to strong winds or other reasons, installation may be refused. Even if already installed, removal may be requested.
    (When removing or relocating, the strings, wires, zip ties, etc. used for installation may be cut.)
  • 3. We assume no responsibility whatsoever for damage, soiling, loss, theft, or the like. The same applies when removing items.
    ※Items containing company names, URLs, or other expressions deemed inappropriate by our company, as well as those that obstruct the display of existing signs, will be subject to removal. Thank you for your understanding.
    ※Installation may be refused in areas such as in front of the cheering seats designated by our company.
    Please refrain from the following actions so as not to obstruct other customers' viewing.
    ・Unfurling large flags (where spectators enter under the flag)
    ・Waving cheering flags or towels around
    *Small flags within 50cm×50cm may be used only within your own seat space.
