Note 1: On September 26 (Fri), the North Gate and South Gate will open at 2:00, but parking in all designated parking lots will be available from 7:30. Those with designated parking tickets are kindly asked to follow the instructions of the security staff and wait in the general parking lots on site until 7:30.

About Ticket Handling

  • We will not reissue under any circumstances, regardless of the reason (theft, loss, damage).
  • Tickets purchased by user's operation cannot be exchanged, changed, cancelled, or returned for any reason. However, this does not apply to refunds in case of additional or changed functions provided by this service and the performance is not established.
    We are not responsible for duplicate purchases due to user input errors or communication environment problems. We will not refund the amount for such cases.
    Please note that ticket products are not eligible for cooling-off period.
  • Users are prohibited from reselling tickets purchased through our official resale service using any other means, as well as commissioning third parties to engage in fraudulent resale. In addition, listing on auctions and internet auctions is also prohibited. In the event of a violation, the validity of the ticket may be revoked.
  • If lost, please purchase again. *May be sold out.
  • If you do not have your ticket with you, please understand that you will not be able to enter, regardless of the reason.
    *Please note that you will not be able to enter with a receipt, proof of purchase, web purchase screen, or a photo of the ticket.

Admission Method

  • If you have a pre-purchased parking ticket, how to enter the parking lot: Upon entry, please present one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle to the staff at the entrance gate*. *North Gate, South Gate, East Gate
  • How to Enter the Spectator Gate: Please present one "Spectator Ticket" per person to the staff at the Spectator Gate.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket.
    *If you have multiple e-tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person has their own ticket.

    *We recommend saving the QR code as a screenshot or similar (it will only be checked or used in emergencies such as system or communication failures).
    The current time is displayed below the QR code. Please have a screen with a moving time display ready during normal conditions.
  • How to Enter with Reserved Seat Tickets and Paddock Passes: Upon entry, please present one ticket (QR code) per person to the staff at the entrance.
    The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket.
    *If you have multiple electronic tickets together, it is smoother if you print them at home in advance or use MobilityStation to "distribute" them so that each person has their own ticket.

  • Admission Method for Executive Suite, VIP SUITE, and VIP Suite Premium: Upon your first entry, please present one ticket per person to the staff at the reception counter on the first floor of the Center House. The staff will scan the QR code with a dedicated device to verify the ticket, and then exchange it for a valid pass for the duration of the event. Please use the exchanged pass during the race and event period.
    * If you hold multiple tickets on one device for several people, it is possible to hand all tickets to the representative carrying the device.
    * If you print tickets at home in advance or use the "distribution" feature on MobilityStation so that each person has their own ticket, passes can be issued individually.

About the entrance gate* *North Gate, South Gate

  • Customers with advance parking tickets, please have one ticket (QR code) per car or motorcycle ready and present it to the staff upon entry.
  • The designated parking lots correspond to specific entrance gates. Please check your ticket information and the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Japan ticket page carefully to ensure you enter through the correct gate.>>Click here for parking ticket information
  • On the day of the final race, congestion is expected on the surrounding roads and at the entrance gates. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

About Parking

  • Designated parking tickets specify the entrance gate for entry. Customers with designated parking tickets, please check your ticket information and the MotoGP™ Grand Prix of Japan ticket page, and enter through the designated entrance gate.
  • Please enter the designated parking lot from the dedicated lane at each gate.
  • When driving inside the venue, please follow the venue speed limit of 30km/h and drive safely.
  • Please refrain from parking vehicles other than cars in the parking spaces with 4 wheels.
  • Please wear a helmet when riding a bike inside the venue.
  • Please use the bicycle parking lot when using a bike or bicycle.
    ※Bikes and bicycles parked outside of the designated parking lot will be moved. We are not responsible for any damage, loss, theft, etc. caused by removal or relocation. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We kindly ask that you refrain from reserving parking spaces with your luggage or other items. Items used to secure a space may be removed or relocated.

  • Vehicles are not allowed to pass between S1 Parking Lot and Main Information Center.
  • Setting up tents, chairs, tables, and other activities that may inconvenience other customers are prohibited within the parking lot.
  • Please manage your luggage and helmets after parking or parking your bicycle on your own.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or theft that may occur in the parking lot, such as damage to vehicles or accidents and theft. Thank you for your understanding.

Request upon leaving

  • After the race or event, traffic regulations will be implemented to alleviate congestion within the venue. Please follow the instructions of the staff and cooperate in exiting the venue.
    ※In order to alleviate congestion, you may be directed to a gate different from the one you entered.

About Watching the Race

  • At the designated seat entrance, please have your ticket (QR code) ready for each person and present it to the staff.
  • Please be mindful not to obstruct other customers' viewing when waving support flags.
  • Mobility Resort Motegi is implementing a smoking ban on the premises. All seats, including electronic cigarettes, are non-smoking, so please use the designated smoking area if you wish to smoke.
  • Please refrain from the following items.
    • ・Securing viewing seats and areas for long periods and over a wide range with luggage, etc.
      *Luggage used for securing a place may be removed or relocated. We cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that occurs during removal or relocation, so thank you for your understanding.
      Example) Leisure sheets, tents, tables, chairs, wire ropes, chains, strings, adhesive tape, padlocks, etc.
      *We may cut them.
    • - Viewing on stairs or pathways, use of fire, use of tripods (monopods) for photography, bringing bicycles, skateboards, kickboards, etc. to viewing areas and paddocks, bringing and using drones, any actions that may inconvenience other customers, or actions that may hinder the progress of the event.
    • ・No bringing or using items that may cause explosions, such as large gas canisters.
    • ・Use of umbrellas in the grandstand. ※Please use rain gear, etc. beforehand.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances that may cause operational difficulties, the organizer may decide to cancel or change the schedule.

About Bringing Items

The following items are prohibited from being brought into the venue and viewing areas.
<Prohibited items inside the venue>
  • ・Explosives, explosions, fires, and toxic gases.
  • ・Items that may cause harm to other customers, such as tear gas spray.
  • - Fireworks, large amounts of lighters, matches and other flammable materials, knives, knives, scissors and other sharp objects that can be used as weapons.
  • ・Drones, laser pens, and other items that may interfere with the operation and progress of the event, or cause inconvenience or danger to others.
  • ・Signs, banners, etc. that contain slander or defamation.
  • ・Items not allowed to be possessed by other laws and regulations.
<Not allowed in the viewing area>
  • ・Pets (excluding specially trained guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs) are allowed in the viewing area. (Please use the viewing area for dogs.)
  • ・Bicycles, kick scooters (including electric) *Please use the bicycle parking lot. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for theft, damage, etc.

About Photography

  • Unauthorized distribution of audio and video content through the internet or other media that can be viewed by a large number of unspecified viewers, as well as filming that may cause inconvenience to other customers, is strictly prohibited.
    Prior permission is required for commercial or profit-oriented photography and videography.
  • Your portrait may be taken. Please check the following purposes for which the recorded video, audio, and images may be used before visiting.

    • 2. Record Data
    • 3. Sale and distribution of broadcast programs, video software, audio software, production of television and radio programs, broadcasting

About Tent Camping and Sleeping in Vehicles

A special space called "Tent Camping Area" has been set up in a part of the venue, where you can stay in a tent. Reservations are not required, but usage is on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Requests for N5, Green Park next to S2, and each Admission area where tent camping is allowed.
    Please be sure to clear away your tents and other equipment by 6:00 AM on September 27 (Sat) and 28 (Sun).
    Each Admission area where tent camping is allowed will be used as a parking lot.
  • Price: Free, but a pre-sale parking ticket or a same-day parking ticket is required when using the tent camping area.
  • Reservation: Please note that reservations are not required, so please come directly to the tent camping area on the day of your stay. (Spaces will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.)
    *In the event that the tent camping area is full, we will guide you to another area.

  • 1. Please refrain from using open flames.
    (Please use lighters and cooking utensils in accordance with the appropriate usage methods of the product, and use them with sufficient caution for your own safety and the safety of those around you.)
  • 2. Camping is not allowed in the parking area outside of the tent camping area.
  • 3. Please follow the guidance and direction of the staff for safety in the tent camping area.
  • 4. Please turn off your engine when parking in the tent area.
  • 5. Please be considerate of others and avoid causing any inconvenience in the car camping area.

Affordable and comfortable reservation-only direct shuttle bus "Motegi GP Express" will also be in operation this year!

We operate a direct bus to Mobility Resort Motegi.

  • The free seating area is available for use with free seating tickets, but seats are not provided.
  • In order to accommodate many customers, we kindly ask that you refrain from reserving viewing areas for long periods and over wide areas.
    Items used to secure viewing areas, as listed below, may be moved, so thank you for your understanding.
    ・Securing viewing areas with leisure sheets, ropes, etc.
    ・Securing viewing areas using chairs, etc.
    ・Securing viewing areas using chains, wire ropes, etc. (Please note that they may be cut during removal.)
    *Please refrain from securing viewing areas or leaving luggage in the aisles, as they also serve as emergency evacuation routes.
  • Mobility Resort Motegi has implemented smoking restrictions on the premises. Please note that all spectator seats are non-smoking.
     For those who wish to smoke, please use the designated smoking areas.
  • Please refrain from the following:
    - Watching from stairs or aisles
    - Using fire
    - Taking photos with tripods or monopods
    - Bringing or using bicycles or kick scooters in the viewing area or paddock
    - Any actions that may cause inconvenience to other customers or hinder the progress of the event
    *Please check the surrounding conditions before using large flags, microphones, or cheer horns.
    Also, please refrain from bringing in items such as large gas horns that may cause explosions.

Parking Lot and Entrance Gate Information

For the "2025 FIM MotoGP™ World Championship Series Round 17 Grand Prix of Japan," the area around the Central Entrance will be used as an event venue, and to ensure the safety and comfort of our customers, the section between the S1 Parking Lot and in front of the Main Information Center will be designated as a vehicle traffic restriction zone.
When entering by car, please check your parking ticket and be careful not to mistake the gates.

※Please note that due to traffic congestion, you may be directed to a different gate when exiting than the one you entered. Thank you for your understanding.
※If you are arriving by 2 wheels, please enter through the South Gate.
