Early check-in for forest sites will incur an additional 20% of the site fee,

Cancel
Cancellation and Changes
Cancellations can be made by the customer themselves through the website where the reservation was made.
Please contact the dedicated reservation hotline for inquiries regarding changes in number of guests or plans.
Cancellation fees are as follows.

- (1) In case of typhoons or bad weather

・Please be aware that in the event of a typhoon, inclement weather, or other weather-related circumstances, we may need to evacuate (move) or temporarily suspend operations if we determine that it is not safe to use our facilities. In the event that it is difficult to restore our facilities even after the weather has improved, we may have to refuse your use of our facilities. The following are examples of when operations may be suspended.
- When the Japan Meteorological Agency announces that our facilities are within the typhoon's strong wind warning area
- When the Japan Meteorological Agency issues a weather warning for the area
- In other cases where we determine that it is difficult to operate our facilities
・Please note that we cannot offer refunds after check-in.
・We cannot provide compensation for any damages incurred due to the inability to use our facilities caused by weather, so please understand. - (2) Prohibited Items

・Open fires are strictly prohibited throughout the site. Please use dedicated equipment when using firewood, etc.
・The use of fire in glamping, log cabins, and tents is strictly prohibited. (e.g. cooking with cassette stoves, using personal kerosene heaters, smoking, etc.)
・The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from using karaoke, car stereos, and engaging in any other disruptive behavior on the site.
・Please refrain from digging holes or trenches on the site. - (3) About sites with power supply

・Glamping is available up to 15A x 2, and log cabins are available up to 15A. Please be aware that if you use more than this, the breaker will trip.
- (4) About Nighttime

・Lights out is at 23:00. Please refrain from making loud noises.
・Please dim the lanterns to avoid disturbing those who are sleeping. - (5) About the Car

・The venue is one-way. Please follow the signs and drive at a speed of 10km/h or less.
・Moving by car after lights out ・Please refrain from going out unless it is an emergency.
・You are free to enter and exit Mobility Resort Motegi during your stay. When going outside, please present the "card" given to you at check-in at the gate. The same applies when re-entering.
・We cannot take responsibility for any car troubles (accidents, damages, etc.) caused by customers on the premises, so please take full responsibility for them.
- (6) About Pets

・Pets are not allowed on the campsite grounds.

・In November, there are days in Motegi where the minimum temperature drops below 5 degrees and some days even reach below freezing.
~Request for guests staying at the winter camp~
・Please prepare warm winter clothing for the cold mornings and evenings, as well as for dinner time (BBQ). We also ask that you wear warm clothing when sleeping to ensure your comfort.
*We have installed electric heaters and taken measures to keep warm, but please understand that our cotton tents have good ventilation and may not provide sufficient heating depending on individual health and differences.
